Lucas PolyPan® Corners #408

Lucas #408 PolyPan® Corners are used for sealing around penetrations on all flat roofs. #408 are designed to be configured in a variety of sizes to accommodate various penetrations. Ideal for single-ply applications.

Lucas #408 PolyPans® are constructed from a high strength polymer.

Application:

The surface of the roof must be clean and dry. TPO surfaces require the use of Lucas #8015 TPO primer. Using four #408 PolyPan® Corners, and, the appropriate number of #407 PolyPan® Straights pending on pan size required, push the PolyPan® pieces together until you hear an audible click. Assure there is a minimum of 0.5” between pipe and top of PolyPan™ edge. With Lucas #9600 Sealant, apply three 0.25” ribbons of sealant onto the underside of flange of PolyPan® and firmly seat PolyPan® onto to roof surface. Use #9600 to seal around outside edge.

Fill PolyPan® with a compatible pitch pocket sealant.
