Do you manufacture the products?

No. We do not manufacture, warehouse, or package items ourselves. We manage product sourcing, supplier coordination, order processing, and customer service while our supplier partners handle manufacturing and fulfillment.

Where do orders ship from?

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our established supplier partners. We coordinate the entire fulfillment process to ensure accurate processing and timely delivery to all 50 U.S. states.

Currently, we ship within the United States only. International shipping options may be added in the future.

Orders are typically processed in 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days within the continental U.S. Total delivery time is approximately 4–8 business days, though it may be longer depending on location, carrier conditions, weather, or peak periods. For custom/large items, check the product page for specific turnaround times.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated and shown at checkout before payment. Free shipping promotions may be offered occasionally.
