Refund Policy

At Welamor, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase from welamor.com, we offer a simple and transparent return process.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery (standard policy for most items).

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • Returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and tags intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation)

We do not charge any restocking fees, and no items are marked as final sale.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (we cover return shipping in those cases). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Process – Step by Step

    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
  2. Receive Return Approval
    Our team will review your request and send return instructions and approval within 2 business days.
  3. Ship the Item Back
    Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship to:

  4. Inspection & Refund Processing
    Once received, we inspect the item and process your refund within 2 business days if approved.

Refunds

After inspection and approval:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs) at no extra charge to you.
