Shipping Policy

At Welamor, we strive to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and with full transparency throughout the shipping process. We ship exclusively within the United States.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays). Processing includes order verification, packing, and handover to the carrier. Once processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only (including all 50 states, but excluding U.S. territories unless specified at checkout). International shipping is not available at this time but may be added in the future.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the continental U.S., depending on your location and the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Actual delivery may be longer due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Carrier delays or high-volume periods (e.g., holidays)
  • Weather conditions or natural events
  • Remote or rural delivery locations

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, destination, and selected carrier options. All costs are shown in USD before you complete payment.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions on select products, order minimums, or limited-time events—these will be clearly indicated on the product pages, cart, or checkout.

Shipping charges cover standard ground shipping and do not include insurance unless added separately. Any additional fees (e.g., expedited shipping) will be presented as options at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number is provided via email once your order ships. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update in the carrier's system after shipment. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website using the provided number.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Welamor is not liable for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses (e.g., missing apartment number, wrong ZIP code). If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping will incur additional shipping fees.
