We do not charge any restocking fees, and no items are marked as final sale.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays). Processing includes order verification, packing, and handover to the carrier. Once processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only (including all 50 states, but excluding U.S. territories unless specified at checkout). International shipping is not available at this time but may be added in the future.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the continental U.S., depending on your location and the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Welamor is not liable for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses (e.g., missing apartment number, wrong ZIP code). If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping will incur additional shipping fees.
