We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping & Delivery Policy – Welamor

We’re committed to making sure your order arrives safely and on time. Please review the following important information regarding delivery and product acceptance:

Delivery Process

Your order will be delivered directly to your shipping address. Delivery is considered complete once the product has arrived at that location.

Depending on the weight and packaging, unloading may require special equipment such as a forklift or pallet jack.

Customers are responsible for unloading the products from the truck to the ground and moving them to their storage area (such as a garage). Since building materials are heavy, please ensure proper equipment or assistance is arranged before the delivery date.

Unloading & Assistance

We recommend preparing additional help on the delivery day to transfer boxes from the pallet into your storage area.

Please note: Welamor does not offer “Inside Delivery.” Drivers are not able to carry products into garages or storage areas.

Inspection of Goods

Upon delivery, please inspect your order to confirm that the products match your purchase.

If you notice any incorrect items, missing boxes, or visible damage, please inform us within 10 days of the delivery date and before installation.

Once installation begins, we consider the material “Accepted,” and no claims can be made afterward.

Reporting Damages

\n
If you see noticeable damage at the time of delivery (such as a broken pallet or damaged boxes), please inform the delivery driver immediately. The driver will complete a damage report and provide you with a reference number. We encourage you to take photos of the damaged material and the form. Please send these to customerservice@welamor.com so our resolution team can assist you quickly.

If damage is discovered later, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and provide pictures before installation.

Each case will be carefully reviewed by Welamor.com, and the best possible resolution (refund, replacement, or other options) will be offered depending on the circumstances.

Minor vs. Major Damage

\n
Flooring materials are delicate, and minor breakage during transit can occur. Industry standards recognize up to 5% breakage of the total order as “Minor Damage,” which is not eligible for replacement or refund.
\n
\n
If damage exceeds 5% of the order, this is considered “Major Damage,” and our resolution team will step in to provide the most suitable solution.
\n
\n
For this reason, we recommend ordering an additional 5–10% material to cover potential breakage and installation cuts.
\n

Delivery Conditions

Please ensure safe, unrestricted access and parking for the delivery vehicle.
\n
\n
If no one is available to accept delivery, or access is limited/unsafe, the order may need to be rescheduled, and additional re-delivery fees could apply.
