7x10 Vintage Distressed Overdyed Bibikabad Carpet

:: Center medallion with stepped contour adorned at either end by double tiered finials and arrowed ends atop a covered field in a bold Herati design motif with soft shaded and bright bubblegum pink highlighted ground. Corner spandrel overlays loosely reciprocate the contour of the main medallion. Colors and shades include: Pink, dusty slate blue, beige, sand, antique ivory, chocolate brown, and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. A few localized areas of restoration to one corner approximately 9"x6" and another 2"x4". Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Bibikabad carpet made in Persia circa 1950's vintage. Size measures 7'1" x 10'2".
