Adorned at either end by minor arabesque finials atop a covered field of intricate, slightly asymmetric, parallel vinery, checkered botehs, germinating plants, all interconnected with thick column-like vines. Colors and shades include: Ivory, dusty powder blue, pale denim blue, beige, sand, and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak carpet made in Turkey circa 1940's vintage. Size measures 4'10" x 7'9".
