Adorned at either end by trefoil finials and serrated leaf design motif atop an abrashed ground with corner spandrel overlays loosely reciprocating the contour of the main medallion. Fun and playful nuanced subtle asymmetry. Colors and shades include: Dusty blush, dusty rose, pale silver cochineal red, beige, coffee brown, denim blue, chocolate brown, and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Some nuances to the coloration are abrash, while other is slight oxidization. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side.
