:: Classic triple center medallion Karaja with outer most with mirrored relief and inner enveloped by hook and latch design rendering atop a densely ornamented field of multi-tiered floral blossoms in unique coloration per layer. Pinwheel floral top views, minor guls, and geometric blossoms scattered throughout. Wide banded main border in dense ornamentation and bouquet-like clusters wrapping with fluid, almost implied, movement. Colors and shades include: Madder root red, mallard green, gold, ruby red grapefruit, coffee brown, burgundy wine red, sky blue, chocolate brown, and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Minor reduction to both ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Karaja rug made in Persia circa 1930's vintage. Size measures 4'8" x 6'4".
