3x5.5 Vintage Distressed Oushak Rug

:: Predominantly open field with a few scattered floral blossom top view pinwheel design elements wrapped by a wide banded main border in geometric starburst design motif. Great tone-on-tone coloration throughout. Colors and shades include: Silver, platinum, oxidized silver, pale sea foam green, super faded gold, super faded aubergine, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with small isolated areas of foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak rug made in Turkey circa 1950's vintage. Size measures 2'10" x 5'6".
