:: Covered field of inwardly directed germinating blossoms at either opposing end of the rug bearing colorful petaled flowers and long stemmed vines. Main border in a rainbow like range of shades of serpent-like guls interconnecting as a ribboned meandering vine. Inner and outer minor borders in minor botehs. Colors and shades include: Dusty rose, beige, sapphire blue, navy blue, sand, coffee brown, jade green, and more. Condition notes: Areas of pile and knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. One end measures 3'5" whereas the opposing measures 3'8". This variation is within normal margins for hand knotted rugs of this type, age, and size. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Mehriban rug made in Persia circa 1930's vintage. Size measures 3'8" x 6'1".
