:: Allover covered field in a large scale Herati design motif with detailed mahi-mahi rendering encompassing a central flower said to be two fish in a never ending pursuit around the world. Main border in a crab style double vine inner connected design motif. Vivid gem-like shades throughout. Colors and shades include: Ruby red, sapphire blue, sky blue, deep burgundy wine red, beige, sand, emerald green, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with small isolated areas of foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. A period correct painted rug. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use!
