:: Single stepped center medallion with stepped contour atop an open abrashed field. End field overlays in diamond shaped checkered design elements and trident stylized germinating blossoms. Phenomenal abrashes and deep rich gem-like saturated shades with weaver nuance details mixing into un-patterned alternating floral fills in the outer minor border and amazing stretches of abrashes especially those found as the ground shade of the minor border as the weave climbs in progression. Colors and shades include: Ruby red, deep emerald green, deep teal, pale aubergine, aquamarine, pale lime green, beige, mauve, powder blue and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Anatolian rug made in Turkey circa 1960's vintage. Size measures 3'8" x 5'8".
