3.5x4.5 Vintage Distressed Karaja Square Rug

:: Hook and latch diamond shaped center medallion adored at either end by double quatrefoil oriented outer medallions atop a covered field of geometric blossoms, buds, serrated leaves, and multi-tiered germinating plants. Main border in wide banded relief adding to great dynamic in a rug of unique proportion and squarish size. Colors and shades include: Cherry red, slate blue, dusty denim powder blue, beige, sand, pale seafoam green, dusty bluish and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. A couple rows reduced on either opposing end. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Karaja square rug made in Persia circa 1950's vintage. Size measures 3'8" x 4'4".
