2x3.5 Vintage Distressed Oushak Rug

:: Single center tree of life design motif in simplistic rendering atop a wide open abrashed field wrapped by a geometric floral top view main border with quatrefoil outwardly directed floral petals. Colors and shades include: Cinnabar red, brick red, slate blue, pale sage green, pale ochre, magenta, pink, fuchsia and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Carpet is presenting white knots scattered across main field. One end measures 2' whereas the opposing measures 2'2". This variation is within normal margins for hand knotted rugs of this type, age, and size. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak rug made in Turkey circa 1970's vintage. Size measures 2'2" x 3'4".
