:: Quatrefoil oriented center medallion with trefoil contour and interior outwardly directed simplistic blossoms atop a covered field in a partial Herati design motif. Brilliant gem-like shade throughout. Colors and shades include: Ruby red, cherry red, brilliant powder blue, deep blush, chocolate brown, dark sapphire blue, dusty teal, pale tangerine orange, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even short pile across. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Some of the original side cord selvages lightly tattered on the reverse side, although will service for many years to come. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Hamadan rug made in Persia circa 1940's vintage. Size measures 2'6" x 4'2".
