2.5x4 Vintage Distressed Oushak Rug

:: Oversized center medallion with interior floral bouquet adorned at either end by minor trefoil finials with corner spandrels reciprocating the contour of the main medallion bearing interior simplistic blossoms. Wrapped by a main border in unpatterned color fill of geometric oversized floral cross-sections. Colors and shades include: Burnt orange, brick red, beige, sand, pink, fuchsia, chocolate brown, olive green, dusty gold, platinum, and more. Condition notes: Large areas of foundation showing through with wear across to knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak rug made in Turkey circa 1950's vintage. Size measures 2'9" x 4'2".
