2.5x4 Vintage Distressed Oushak Rug

:: Dramatic oversized center medallion with stepped contour in elongated hexagonal diamond shape wrapped by a simplistic geometric large scale palmette with serrated floral petals in a wide range of colors. Colors and shades include: Brick red, ivory, dusty gold, pink, oxidized silver, olive green, pale rose, silver and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with hard isolated areas of foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak rug made in Turkey circa 1960's vintage. Size measures 2'7" x 3'11".
