2.5x4 Vintage Distressed Oushak Rug

:: Concentric stepped center medallions with interior pinwheel floral top views and germinating outwardly directed plants atop an open field. Corner spandrel overlays loosely reciprocate the end points of the medallion. Main border in a serrated leaf and simplistic germinating blossom design rendering. Either opposing end of the main field is a colorful niche of plants. Colors and shades include: Ivory, silver, copper brown, pale faded turquoise blue, pale ocean green, platinum, and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak rug made in Turkey circa 1980's vintage. Size measures 2'6" x 3'10".
