2.5x4 Vintage Distressed Oushak Rug

:: Center diamond shaped minor medallion with secondary larger shield like medallion bearing germinating finned botehs stemming therefrom atop an open field with corner spandrel overlays loosely reciprocating the contour of the main medallion in minor serrated detailing. Colors and shades include: Purple, ivory, seafoam green, slate blue green, oxidized silver, chocolate brown and more. Condition notes: Large areas of foundation showing through with wear across to knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak rug made in Turkey circa 1960's vintage. Size measures 2'9" x 4'.
