2.5x4.5 Vintage Distressed Oushak Rug

:: Stepped center medallion with interior floral bouquets outwardly directed. Adorned at either end by geometric finials. Corner spandrel overlays in staggered rows of interconnected seeds. Great tone-on-tone and happy, soft, subtle, shades. Colors and shades include: Pale rose, pale pink, pale sea foam green, soft red, pale dusty jade green, platinum, and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Scattered areas of expert restorations. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak rug made in Turkey circa 1950's vintage. Size measures 2'8" x 4'8".
