2.5x4.5 Vintage Distressed Oushak Rug

:: Single stepped center medallion with long stemmed finials in diamond shape contour atop a partially covered field of splayed floral cross sections wrapped by a blossom main border with awesome abrashes. Colors and shades include: Pink, ivory, pale seafoam green blue, saffron yellow, silver, platinum, pomegranate red, faded cochineal red, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Localized areas of restoration and re-piling. Has not been reduced in size or proportions. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak rug made in Turkey circa 1950's vintage. Size measures 2'7" x 4'7".
