:: Roundel center medallion defined by densely ornamented scrolling vines atop a wide open field and corner spandrel overlays reciprocating the design of the main medallion. Colors and shades include: Ivory, indigo blue, cobalt blue, sky blue, mauve, beige, aqua green, and more. Condition notes: Like-new, original full pile height even across. Original side cord selvages intact. Fully secured sides and ends. Minor loss of four tassels of fringe fragile in some areas, as seen on one end of the carpet in photos. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Japanese Peking design carpet made in Japan circa 1950's vintage.
