:: Single stepped center medallion with outwardly directed geometric blossoms adorned by long stemmed finials in stepped contour atop an open field and main field overlays in loose reciprocating contour to the main medallion. Narrow banded serpent filled main border! Colors and shades include: Deep terra cotta, copper, lime green, ivory, silver, oxidized silver and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with small isolated areas of foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak rug mat made in Turkey circa 1960's vintage. Size measures 1'9" x 3'1".
